Meet the team

We are passionate guides, creatives and listeners — united by a shared vision to help you reconnect with yourself. Each of us brings a unique background and energy to support your journey with authenticity, warmth and care.

Adrijana (also known as Adriana) began her movement journey as a child with volleyball. Her curiosity about the human body, its anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science, Physical Education, and Human Health in Italy, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in Luxembourg.
What started as a gym routine for rehabilitation purposes soon turned into a broader exploration of movement. She immersed herself in various fitness styles, from gym-based training and bodyweight exercises to Pilates, Yoga, Functional Training and beyond.

Adrijana’s approach to movement is eclectic and holistic, shaped by a rich blend of fitness disciplines and therapeutic insight. She creates practices that are fun, creative, and effective. Each session is thoughtfully personalized with care and encouragement, supporting every individual in reaching their goals.

Africa is originally from Spain and also of English descent. At the age of 16, she moved to London to pursue her dream of becoming a dancer. She completed her degree in Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban.
Laban Movement Analysis (LMA), based on the pioneering work of Rudolf Laban, is a comprehensive method and language for describing, visualising, interpreting, and documenting human movement. Studying Laban allowed Africa to connect more deeply with movement. She no longer focuses on memorising dance steps instead, LMA has given her the tools to understand movement as a language to be explored in space and time.
Her training with the Jasmin Vardimon Dance Company further enriched her practice, equipping her with essential skills in theatre, authenticity, creativity, and performance.
As she embraced the 34 classical Pilates exercises, Africa was inspired to pursue the Level 3 Matwork Pilates qualification with HFE. Pilates has evolved for her from being merely a preparation for dance to a practice through which she understands the ABCs of movement.
Throughout her career, Africa has gained experience teaching dance to all ages, as well as yoga and mindfulness for children. Her goal is not only to help people benefit physically by gaining a deeper understanding of movement, but also to inspire joy and freedom through their movement experience.

She teaches Ashtanga Yoga following the traditional method, certified by Gérald Disse and Linda Munro (200h, Ashtanga Yoga Paris). These sessions are structured and energizing, supporting strength, discipline, and inner focus.
Anastasia also leads therapeutic yoga classes focused on recovery, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement. Drawing on her studies at a yoga school in Kyiv, a second degree in physical education and sports, and her experience attending numerous retreats, she integrates foundational Tibetan meditation techniques to support inner stability. As complementary tools, she uses methods like Hanna Somatics and Feldenkrais to enhance body awareness and release tension.

Ankita’s fitness journey began in 2015 with a Zumba certification, blending the love for dance with a passion for staying active. In 2016, she became a certified Group Exercise Instructor by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America(AFAA), with a focus on Strength, Conditioning, and Stretching. She is also a certified Nirvana Fitness and Pilates instructor.

A knee injury few years ago reshaped her approach to fitness. Following recovery, she adopted a holistic perspective, designing classes that emphasize healing, building strength, and promote overall wellness. Over the past decade, she has guided hundreds of students, encouraging them to embrace personal progress, believing that every step forward counts.

Outside of class, she recharges herself by hiking. She has completed extreme treks like Everest Base Camp and Kashmir Great Lakes, and loves to spend her weekends exploring trails around Luxembourg. Hiking has instilled in her patience, endurance, and a deep appreciation for the journey, lessons she bring to every class.

Her mission: to help build a healthier, stronger tomorrowm one class at a time 🙂

Whether through dance, fitness, or yoga, she believes in the transformative power of these practices, not only to strengthen the body, but also to uplift the mind and inspire the soul. For Milica, engaging in movement is essential, not just for physical health, but for holistic well-being, creativity, and self-expression. Nathalie’s yoga journey began during her pregnancy, a time when she had the opportunity to attend her first classes. However, the initial experience was not particularly conclusive, likely due to the many physical and emotional changes she was undergoing, which made her less receptive at the time.
In 2006, she began attending regular Iyengar yoga classes, where she learned the foundations of postures and proper alignment. In parallel, she participated in workshops to study Kriyas, purification techniques known to be effective for issues such as digestive problems and insomnia. This marked the point when Nathalie began to truly enjoy yoga and feel its deeper benefits.
In 2013, she discovered Vinyasa yoga and was immediately drawn to explore its traditional roots. This curiosity led her to Ashtanga yoga classes at La Source, which quickly became a true passion, one that began to influence every aspect of her life.
In 2016, Nathalie completed the 300-hour teacher training program at La Source and started teaching her first classes at her former workplace. By 2019, she made the decision to leave the financial sector in order to fully dedicate herself to her personal practice and to the teaching of yoga.
Above all, Nathalie considers herself a lifelong student of yoga. She continues to deepen her knowledge by regularly attending workshops with internationally respected Ashtanga teachers such as Petri Räisänen, Linda Munro, David Garrigues, and others.

Nathalie is a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2017, when she took her first Ashtanga yoga
Led class. Shortly after, she took her first yin yoga class with the idea to support the healing
of some injuries she had suffered at the time. Nathalie discovered how deeply nourishing it
has been to combine her dynamic Ashtanga practice with the stillness of yin yoga. The blend
of yang and yin energies has become a grounding part of her weekly routine, bringing
strength and softness, action and rest. Over the years, Nathalie had the privilege of learning
from many renowned international yoga teachers who have enriched her practice. Nathalie
considers herself as a long-life student and continues to deepen her knowledge by regularly
participating in teacher trainings and workshops.

Since 2024, Nathalie proposes sound meditation classes in Luxembourg to offer a gentle,
non-verbal form of meditation which soothes the body, quiets the mind and reconnects with
the present moment. Nathalie believes that this is the perfect practice for disconnecting a
moment from this fast-pacing world in which we live today.

Her teaching style is warm, approachable, and grounded. She fosters a non-judgmental space where students feel safe to meet themselves exactly where they are. For Ruchi, yoga is a journey of self-discovery, one that brings students closer to their true nature. It has been a tool for healing in her own life and a gateway to deeper spirituality. Amid the busyness of everyday life, she believes yoga offers more than physical benefits, it opens a path to inner peace, balance, and authentic connection with oneself.

Veronika stepped onto the yoga mat eight years ago, initially seeking the physical benefits of the practice, and later uncovering its profound spiritual dimension. Influenced by the traditions of India, where the second part of her family lives, she discovered the transformative power of Bhakti Yoga, which became an integral part of her practice.
After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, she participated in several courses and retreats to deepen her understanding of yoga’s diverse forms and traditions. Yoga also helped her regain physical and mental strength after becoming a mother.
Veronika brings a unique energy to her classes by infusing traditional asanas with flowing movements and offering students the space to explore different variations of each pose. By integrating mantra chanting into her sessions, Veronika offers a practice that harmonizes movement, breath, and sound, encouraging students to embrace their personal journey with compassion and awareness.
