Classical Yoga

Beginners Hatha Yoga

Join for a gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha yoga class, a grounding practice designed to invite you to explore your body through yoga. Rooted in the balance of ha (sun) and tha (moon), Hatha yoga allows us to explore the dualities of life: strength and softness, movement and stillness.

We’ll begin with light, dynamic postures to activate the body, gradually easing into deeper stretches, using the breath to connect body and mind. This class is a space to connect, slow down, and find harmony within.

This class offers a balanced and grounding yoga practice that combines breath awareness, mindful movement, and classical postures. Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment, stability, and presence, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each session guides you through a series of poses (asanas) held with intention, supported by conscious breathing (pranayama) to calm the mind and energize the body. This class is well-suited for those who are new to Ashtanga yoga or have some initial experience and want to deepen their practice.
We place strong emphasis on proper alignment in each asana, focusing on building a solid foundation through clear instruction, precise adjustments, and mindful body awareness.
Our approach is designed to help you develop not only flexibility and strength, but also a deep, safe, and effective understanding of how each posture should be practiced.

This class is suitable for those who are already familiar with the basics of Ashtanga yoga and want to continue and deepen their practice. We work with the Primary Series, either in full or half, depending on the group’s rhythm.

This class is designed to help you deeply reset your nervous system, release physical tension, and balance your movement and breathing patterns. It also supports the healthy function of your internal organs. During the session, we use anti-stress techniques, breathwork, and attention training. Alongside yoga exercises and methods, the class includes elements from the Feldenkrais Method, Hanna Somatics, as well as traditional Tibetan meditation and relaxation practices.
It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a high-quality reset, stress relief, and a therapeutic or holistic wellness experience.

This class offers a restorative and meditative approach, using gentle, fluid sequencing to create a sense of balance between body and mind. Rather than focusing solely on stretching or increasing flexibility, the practice encourages students to cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
Each posture is held for approximately 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the body to release deeply while the mind settles into stillness. Props are thoughtfully integrated to support each shape in a smart, personalized way—promoting deep rest, recovery, and a true energetic reset.

This gentle flow invites you on a journey inward through fluid movement balanced with deeply grounding poses. The practice begins with various pranayama techniques to activate your body’s inner warmth and flows into a light vinyasa sequence that unfolds in harmony with mindful breath and soul-healing music. 90-Minute Hot Yoga Class – 26 Postures, Twice Through

Step into a heated room and experience a transformative 90-minute sequence designed to energize the body and calm the mind. This practice consists of 26 traditional postures and 2 breathing exercises, each performed twice in a set order. The warmth of the room supports deep stretching, enhances circulation, and promotes detoxification, while the consistent sequence allows you to track progress and build strength, balance, and flexibility over time.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a full-body, high-intensity workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall fitness, all performed in a heated room (around 35–38°C / 95–100°F) with energizing music and dynamic motivation.

Warm Yin is a slow, meditative practice that enhances flexibility and releases stored tension. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing the connective tissues to open gradually. Practiced in gentle warmth (28–30°C), the heat improves circulation and helps the muscles soften, so you can settle deeper into each posture and access the body’s inner layers. Soulful music, guided breathing, and calming visualizations soothe the nervous system and anchor you fully in the present moment.

Gentle classes

The focus is on Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on Pranayama, breathwork. Each movement follows the breath. Classes cultivate a practice of strong and flexible postures, combined with breathwork, and conclude with yin postures at the end of the session.

The practice then transitions into a meditative Sound Healing journey using elemental chimes inspired by the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each chime resonates with its corresponding element, inviting balance and alignment on both physical and energetic levels. The subtle, harmonious vibrations help calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and foster inner clarity.

This class is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for those seeking a gentle and
meditative practice that supports both physical and emotional well-being. No previous
experience is needed.
During the first part of the class, you will be guided through three to four yin yoga poses that
target the deeper connective tissues of the body rather than the muscles. Each pose is held
for several minutes, allowing time for introspection and deep release.
During the second part of the class, you will lie down comfortably while singing bowls are
gently played around and sometimes near the body. The sound and the vibrations of the
singing bowls are naturally quieting the mind and supporting deep states of rest.

Based on a discussion with your Yoga or Pilates instructor, a personalized class will be designed specifically for you. The session will take place at the ONNI studio.
