1. Definitions

General Terms and Conditions: The general terms and conditions used by ONNI Luxembourg, published at www.onni.lu

Participant: The person who attends or wishes to attend a Yoga Class, Pilates Class, Workshop/Event/Course, Retreat, Teacher Training, or Appointment.

Yoga or Pilates Session: Any regular studio class (including outdoor and online), Workshops/Events/Courses.

Teacher: The Yoga or Pilates teacher appointed by ONNI Luxembourg to teach classes, workshops, retreats, or trainings, or a therapist providing appointments.

Appointment: Any service booked at ONNI or private Yoga/Pilates session.

Booking System: TeamUp.

Force Majeure: Unforeseeable circumstances preventing compliance (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions).

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all class packages, memberships, drop-ins, sessions, retreats, teacher trainings, and appointments at ONNI Luxembourg. ONNI Luxembourg may amend these terms at any time; the current version is always available on the website.

3. Payment and Price Changes

  • All services must be paid in advance via the Booking System, payment terminal, or bank transfer (with receipt emailed to info@onni.lu).
  • Cash is not accepted.
  • ONNI Luxembourg reserves the right to change prices, with notice via the Booking System.
  • Refunds for overpayments or errors will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Before a Yoga/Pilates Session, Workshop/Event/Course, Retreat, Teacher Training or Appointment the Participant must report to the Teacher to verify their registration and payment.

4. Reservations and Bookings

  • All sessions must be booked online in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability and paid via the Teacher or deducted from existing packages.

5. Schedule

  • Schedule changes may occur; cancellations by ONNI Luxembourg will result in a credit valid for 1 year.
  • Teachers may be substituted.

6. Cancellation Policy

Yoga/Pilates Sessions:

  • Cancel >6 hours before class (e.g., for an 11:00 class, cancel by 05:00 same day or before 22:00 the day before). 22:00 to 5:00 (night time) is excluded.
  • No-shows forfeit credit; unlimited members incur a 15€ fee.
  • Cancellations must be made through our online Booking System.

Workshops/Events:

  • Same as above. ONNI Luxembourg cancellations result in Booking System credits.

Appointments:

  • Cancel >24 hours in advance.

Retreats:

  • Free cancellation >60 days prior; 50% fee within 60 days. No refunds after arrival.

Teacher Training:

  • Full refund >60 days prior; 500€ forfeited within 60 days. No refunds after training begins.

7. Late Arrivals

  • Doors lock at class start time. Late arrivals are considered no-shows (15€ fee for unlimited members).

8. Gift Cards

  • Valid 12 months; non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. Liability Waiver

By reserving a Yoga/Pilates Session or Appointment you confirm you have read and accepted the following terms:

  1. Accurate Information: You confirm the information provided by you is accurate.
  2. Acknowledgement of Risks: You understand that Yoga/Pilates involves physical activity, including partner/group poses, which may carry inherent risks.
  3. Medical Responsibility: You agree to consult a physician if necessary to assess your fitness level for Yoga/Pilates and accept full responsibility for this decision and agree to update ONNI about any changes in health or medical conditions before any Yoga/Pilates Session or Appointment.
  4. Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks, injuries, or damages you may incur during the program, including while using ONNI equipment.
  5. Liability Waiver: You release ONNI Luxembourg, its Teachers, and volunteers from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, including injuries, loss of property, or negligence. This also applies to classes held off-premises. Exceptions are only gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Personal belongings

ONNI Luxembourg accepts no liability whatsoever for loss of forgotten items or theft of personal belongings.

11. Code of Conduct

  • Silence phones; no shoes in studio.
  • Harassment (including unwelcome sexual conduct) is prohibited.
  • No attendance under influence of drugs/alcohol.
  • ONNI Luxembourg may deny access at its discretion.

12. Illness/Injury/Pregnancy

In the event of prolonged illness, pregnancy or an injury, while refunds will not be issued for any reason, the Participant may prolong the expiration date of their class package or freeze an unlimited membership at the discretion of ONNI Luxembourg. A request for a prolonged expiration date or freezing of membership (for a maximum of one year) must be submitted to ONNI Luxembourg in writing by email to info@onni.lu accompanied by a medical certificate.

13. Children Under 18

Parents/guardians assume all risks and liabilities for minors.

By reserving a spot for your child (using your account or one in your child’s name), you confirm you have read and accepted the following terms as the Parent/Legal Guardian:

  1. Accurate Information: You confirm the information provided about your child is accurate and that you have full legal rights to enroll them in Yoga/Pilates Sessions at ONNI Luxembourg.
  2. Acknowledgement of Risks: You understand that Yoga/Pilates involves physical activity, including partner/group poses and games, which may carry inherent risks.
  3. Medical Responsibility: You agree to consult a physician if necessary to assess your child’s fitness for Yoga/Pilates and accept full responsibility for this decision.
  4. Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks, injuries, or damages your child may incur during the program, including while using ONNI equipment.
  5. Liability Waiver: You release ONNI Luxembourg, its Teachers, and volunteers from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, including injuries, loss of property, or negligence. This also applies to classes held off-premises.
  6. Legal Agreement: By reserving a spot, you acknowledge this release and waiver of liability is a binding legal agreement

14. Personal Data & Privacy

  • Data Retention: Payment records kept for 10 years per tax laws.

  • Performance of a contract (e.g., to provide you with Yoga/Pilates Sessions and related services).

  • In the event of a sale of the company’s business assets (fonds de commerce),
  • With government authorities or fraud prevention agencies when required to:
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
