This class offers a balanced and grounding yoga practice that combines breath awareness, mindful movement, and classical postures. Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment, stability, and presence, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each session guides you through a series of poses (asanas) held with intention, supported by conscious breathing (pranayama) to calm the mind and energize the body. Expect a slower-paced class that cultivates strength, flexibility, and inner stillness, a perfect reset for body and mind.

Experience the transformative power of Hatha Yoga in its purest form. Rooted in traditional Indian yoga philosophy, this class is designed to harmonize breath, movement, and inner awareness, creating a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind.

Each session unfolds in a structured yet fluid rhythm, guiding practitioners through micro exercises, dynamic and static asanas, breathing exercises, relaxation, and yogic sleep.

More than just physical movement, Authentic Indian Hatha offers a journey inward, an opportunity to reconnect with the true essence of yoga and discover lasting harmony. Perfect for those seeking balance, renewal, and a deeper connection to their practice.

Join for a gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha yoga class, a grounding practice designed to invite you to explore your body through yoga. Rooted in the balance of ha (sun) and tha (moon), Hatha yoga allows us to explore the dualities of life: strength and softness, movement and stillness.

We’ll begin with light, dynamic postures to activate the body, gradually easing into deeper stretches, using the breath to connect body and mind. This class is a space to connect, slow down, and find harmony within.

This therapeutic Hatha Yoga class offers the yoga you need for a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Thoughtfully designed to prevent injuries and restore balance, it invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and align with awareness. Postures are held for several breaths to allow safe exploration and subtle release, while each session is infused with timeless yogic philosophy you can carry into daily life. We blend asana (physical movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Grounded in Ayurvedic principles and the wisdom of the elements, this practice meets at the intersection of modern science and ancient tradition, supporting vibrant health, equanimity, and a more peaceful life.

This class is well-suited for those who are new to Ashtanga yoga or have some initial experience and want to deepen their practice.
We place strong emphasis on proper alignment in each asana, focusing on building a solid foundation through clear instruction, precise adjustments, and mindful body awareness.
Our approach is designed to help you develop not only flexibility and strength, but also a deep, safe, and effective understanding of how each posture should be practiced.

This class is suitable for those who are already familiar with the basics of Ashtanga yoga and want to continue and deepen their practice. We work with the Primary Series, either in full or half, depending on the group’s rhythm.

This class is rooted in the fundamental movements our bodies are naturally designed to perform. Often referred to as anatomy-based vinyasa, the sequences are crafted with a deep understanding of functional anatomy, offering alignment cues that support both stability and mobility.
Through mindful movement and intentional breathwork, the practice invites you to reconnect with yourself, exploring the relationship between breath and motion, body and limb. The emphasis is on safe, gentle, and intelligent movement, making it accessible to a wide range of students, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners seeking to revisit their practice with a fresh, anatomically informed perspective.

This class is designed to cultivate mindfulness, relaxation, and deep connection with breath and body. It incorporates slow, intentional movement through yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and a guided meditation to conclude the practice.
The pace is gentle, allowing for deep exploration of each posture and breath, making it accessible for all levels.

This class is designed to help you deeply reset your nervous system, release physical tension, and balance your movement and breathing patterns. It also supports the healthy function of your internal organs. During the session, we use anti-stress techniques, breathwork, and attention training. Alongside yoga exercises and methods, the class includes elements from the Feldenkrais Method, Hanna Somatics, as well as traditional Tibetan meditation and relaxation practices.
It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a high-quality reset, stress relief, and a therapeutic or holistic wellness experience.

Join a deeply grounding and authentic Yin Yoga practice rooted in the wisdom of traditional Indian yoga. In this 1-hour class, we combine long-held postures (5–7 minutes) with mindful breathwork, yoga philosophy, and meditation, offering a holistic experience that nourishes both body and mind.
This is not just restorative stretching. Authentic Yin works deep into the fascia, ligaments, and joints, encouraging flexibility, mobility, and energetic balance. As you soften into stillness, you awaken the subtle layers of your being, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner self.
Perfect for those seeking more than just physical movement, this class invites you to slow down, release tension, and explore the true essence of yoga: a path of awareness, surrender, and transformation.

This class offers a restorative and meditative approach, using gentle, fluid sequencing to create a sense of balance between body and mind. Rather than focusing solely on stretching or increasing flexibility, the practice encourages students to cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
Each posture is held for approximately 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the body to release deeply while the mind settles into stillness. Props are thoughtfully integrated to support each shape in a smart, personalized way—promoting deep rest, recovery, and a true energetic reset.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, through long, passive holds. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin invites you to soften into each posture with stillness and patience, creating space for deep release and inner quiet. This class offers a grounding experience that supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance. Drifting on ethereal music, it’s an ideal practice for those seeking calm, introspection, and a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with the body and mind. This session is combined with Mantra Signing.

This gentle flow invites you on a journey inward through fluid movement balanced with deeply grounding poses. The practice begins with various pranayama techniques to activate your body’s inner warmth and flows into a light vinyasa sequence that unfolds in harmony with mindful breath and soul-healing music. The final part of the class focuses on longer-held restorative asanas that soften tension in specific areas and reach into the body’s deepest layers. Each movement integrates the power of visualizations that guide you to connect with your inner awareness. Variations are offered to accommodate both beginners and intermediate students.

Special classes

Warrior Flow is a yoga journey for men at all levels, from the curious beginner to the seasoned practitioner, ready to evolve how they relate to strength, not just as brute force, but as focus, resilience, and emotional depth.
Each class is a blend of ancient wisdom and modern movement, rooted in the mythos of heroes, kings, warriors—developing virtues such as honor and courage through each practice.
It’s an opportunity to nurture healthy masculinity, to step into brotherhood.
In a world that often confuses strength with suppression, Warrior Flow invites men to reclaim a fuller, more grounded version of masculinity. One that honors courage without aggression, power without domination, and vulnerability without shame.
Through shared practice, breath, and presence, you’ll connect with other men not in competition, but in solidarity.
At its core, Warrior Flow is built on two ancient truths:
“An arrow without aim is useless.”
Strength is nothing without direction. Here, you’ll refine your inner compass, your values, focus, and mental clarity, through breathwork, meditation, and intention-setting.
“A bow which doesn’t bend is useless.”
Rigidity leads to breakdown. You’ll develop mobility, joint health, nervous system adaptability, and deep muscle strength to stay resilient, on the mat and in life.

You don’t need to be flexible to join.
And if you are you’ll learn how to channel that mobility into rooted power.

This is yoga for the modern warrior. The grounded leader. The man who’s ready to evolve.

Flow. Feel. Express.
A vibrant blend of vinyasa-inspired movement and free-form dance. This class connects breath, rhythm, and music to create a joyful, expressive flow. Expect to sweat, smile, and move like nobody’s watching. Perfect for those who love yoga, dance, and a little freedom on the mat.

HIIT & Breathe combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with breathwork to build strength, endurance, and mental focus. Short bursts of intense movement push your limits, while guided breathing techniques enhance performance, recovery, and resilience. This class balances effort and surrender—challenging the body while using breath to regulate energy, focus the mind, and create a deeper connection between movement and presence.

This deeply nourishing class begins with a grounding Yin yoga practice, where long-held, passive poses gently open the body, target the connective tissue, and create space for stillness. The Yin sequence supports deep release and introspection, preparing the body and mind for rest.
The practice then transitions into a meditative Sound Healing journey using elemental chimes inspired by the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each chime resonates with its corresponding element, inviting balance and alignment on both physical and energetic levels. The subtle, harmonious vibrations help calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and foster inner clarity.
Yin & Sound Healing is an ideal space to slow down, reconnect, and restore your natural rhythm. Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply at peace..

This class is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for those seeking a gentle and
meditative practice that supports both physical and emotional well-being. No previous
experience is needed.
During the first part of the class, you will be guided through three to four yin yoga poses that
target the deeper connective tissues of the body rather than the muscles. Each pose is held
for several minutes, allowing time for introspection and deep release.
During the second part of the class, you will lie down comfortably while singing bowls are
gently played around and sometimes near the body. The sound and the vibrations of the
singing bowls are naturally quieting the mind and supporting deep states of rest.

This practice is designed to address common areas of discomfort like lower back, neck, and shoulder pain, perfect for anyone, regardless of level. This class targets the needs of a 21st-century lifestyle, especially for those with desk jobs or long periods of sitting. We’ll focus on posture improvement, releasing tension, and strengthening neglected muscles to combat the effects of a sedentary routine and prevent stagnation and misalignment. Unlike flowing sequences, this practice emphasizes static poses that deeply target specific muscles and joints, promoting long-term benefits and enhancing overall well-being. By aligning movement with a modern understanding of anatomy, Therapeutic Yoga meets the needs of our daily lives.
