- Pilates & Contemporary Dance
Africa R. Buck
Africa is originally from Spain and also of English descent. At the age of 16, she moved to London to pursue her dream of becoming a dancer. She completed her degree in Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban.
Laban Movement Analysis (LMA), based on the pioneering work of Rudolf Laban, is a comprehensive method and language for describing, visualising, interpreting, and documenting human movement. Studying Laban allowed Africa to connect more deeply with movement. She no longer focuses on memorising dance steps instead, LMA has given her the tools to understand movement as a language to be explored in space and time.
Her training with the Jasmin Vardimon Dance Company further enriched her practice, equipping her with essential skills in theatre, authenticity, creativity, and performance.
As she embraced the 34 classical Pilates exercises, Africa was inspired to pursue the Level 3 Matwork Pilates qualification with HFE. Pilates has evolved for her from being merely a preparation for dance to a practice through which she understands the ABCs of movement.
Throughout her career, Africa has gained experience teaching dance to all ages, as well as yoga and mindfulness for children. Her goal is not only to help people benefit physically by gaining a deeper understanding of movement, but also to inspire joy and freedom through their movement experience.

In 2020, Anastasiia completed a 250-hour stretching certification, which gave her a strong foundation in body awareness and mindful movement. In 2022, she followed her heart to Rishikesh, India, where she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and immersed herself in the true spirit of yoga.
In her classes, Anastasiia pays close attention to alignment and posture, ensuring that every practice is safe, effective, and nourishing. She creates a space for students to explore themselves gently and bravely, to breathe, to grow, and to discover their own path through yoga.

- Hot Bikram Yoga & Hot Inferno Pilates
Duygu Sahin
Duygu’s yoga journey began in 2018, when she took her very first Bikram class. It was an incredibly challenging experience, and she was sure she would never return, but somehow, she couldn’t stop coming back. The practice quickly became a meaningful part of her life.
Her favorite posture is Standing Bow Pulling, because there is always room to grow. The process of improvement never ends, and that continuous evolution keeps her inspired.

- Hatha & Massage Therapy
Katrin Elsen
Katrin first experienced yoga and meditation at the age of sixteen while growing up in Luxembourg. After completing her art studies in Bonn and Barcelona, she decided to follow her passion for yoga and massage therapy.
Her deep inspiration came from attending weekly classes with Cornelius Woelke for three years during her studies, where she discovered the philosophy of yoga and the powerful effects of the asanas on body and mind.
Katrin later completed her yoga teacher training at Sanctuary in Thailand, studying with Randal O’Leary, Ana Falconi, and Ushma Abella. Her training covered Hatha Yoga, the chakras, body movement, anatomy, Ayurveda, and the transformative power of Yoga Nidra.

- Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) Yin Yoga
Shireley Chung
Shireley’s yoga journey began in 2013 through a friend’s recommendation. Initially, she practiced to improve flexibility and balance to complement her passion for dance and other physical activities. Over time, she noticed deeper changes: greater strength, confidence, and calmness. A profound moment of peace during practice sparked a lasting connection with yoga. Shireley is grateful to have discovered the transformative power of yoga, especially during some challenging periods in her life. Her practice began as a physical exercise but has evolved into a journey of self-discovery and healing.
Shireley specializes in Inferno Hot Pilates and Yin Yoga. Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact, strength-building full-body workout, representing the “Yang.” Yin Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, focusing on the fascia, promoting flexibility in the muscles and mobility in the joints. Shireley believes that optimal health lies in the balance between the two opposing forces, “Yin” and “Yang.”
Her classes are all about mindfulness and connection with the inner self, encouraging students to discover their unique path through their own personal experience.
- Multi Style Yoga, Restorative Yin
Veronika Sharma

After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, she participated in several courses and retreats to deepen her understanding of yoga’s diverse forms and traditions. Yoga also helped her regain physical and mental strength after becoming a mother.
Veronika brings a unique energy to her classes by infusing traditional asanas with flowing movements and offering students the space to explore different variations of each pose. By integrating mantra chanting into her sessions, Veronika offers a practice that harmonizes movement, breath, and sound, encouraging students to embrace their personal journey with compassion and awareness.

Warren Ashley
Warren Ashley was born and raised in Luxembourg. After studying medicine in Austria, he worked for nine years as a physician (MD) at the municipal hospital in Munich/Bogenhausen, Germany. During this time, he qualified as a specialist in internal medicine, cardiology, and emergency medicine.

Today, he combines his medical background with insights from psychology, Ayurveda, and naturopathy to promote health and well-being in a practical and sustainable way.
His approach is holistic: he views health as a dynamic interplay between body, mind, lifestyle, relationships, personal resources, and meaning in life. In this spirit, he supports both individuals and professionals – in healthcare settings, educational institutions, and corporate environments. Whether through consultations, workshops, or training sessions, his aim is to foster greater health awareness and to help people find their own rhythm, balance, and sense of well-being.
