Classical Yoga
Beginners Hatha Yoga
Join for a gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha yoga class, a grounding practice designed to invite you to explore your body through yoga. Rooted in the balance of ha (sun) and tha (moon), Hatha yoga allows us to explore the dualities of life: strength and softness, movement and stillness.
We’ll begin with light, dynamic postures to activate the body, gradually easing into deeper stretches, using the breath to connect body and mind. This class is a space to connect, slow down, and find harmony within.
Ashtanga 1 for Beginners
This class is well-suited for those who are new to Ashtanga yoga or have some initial experience and want to deepen their practice.
We place strong emphasis on proper alignment in each asana, focusing on building a solid foundation through clear instruction, precise adjustments, and mindful body awareness.
Our approach is designed to help you develop not only flexibility and strength, but also a deep, safe, and effective understanding of how each posture should be practiced.
Asthanga Basics
This class is designed for practitioners who are already familiar with Ashtanga and ready to move beyond a beginner level. Ashtanga Basic is slightly more challenging than Ashtanga Beginners, while still remaining accessible to a wide range of practitioners.
The practice is adapted to each individual student, with supportive modifications as well as options for more experienced practitioners. Strong emphasis is placed on proper alignment in every asana, alongside developing awareness of breath and focused attention throughout the practice.
Through clear instruction, precise adjustments, and mindful movement, this class helps you build strength and flexibility while developing a safe, grounded, and deeper understanding of the Ashtanga method.
Dynamic Hatha Boost
Recharge your body and mind with this energizing midday class. Dynamic Hatha Boost blends traditional Hatha yoga with fluid, strength-focused sequences to build power, balance, and endurance. Expect a full-body workout that leaves you refreshed, centered, and ready for the rest of your day.
Energizing Morning Vinyasa
Move with purpose, breathe with awareness. Mindful Vinyasa offers a balanced blend of flowing sequences and meditative stillness. Each class emphasizes conscious movement, safe alignment, and inner presence, inviting you to slow down without losing the rhythm of breath and motion.
With a foundation in Hatha and a flowing Vinyasa structure, this class is ideal for those seeking a grounded, reflective, and gently energizing experience on the mat.
Great for: Yogis who enjoy flow but want more space, reflection, and breath connection.

Grounded Motion Yoga
Grounded Motion Yoga is a slow, mindful movement practice centered on stability, alignment, and conscious transitions. Through deliberate pacing and precise, embodied movement, the class supports the development of strength, mobility, and inner calm.
Sequences move between standing postures and flowing patterns close to the ground, cultivating a strong sense of foundation while encouraging flexibility and resilience. Informed by Ceyda’s ongoing personal practice of Shadow Yoga, the class emphasizes functional movement, joint integrity, and spatial awareness. Rather than chasing external shapes, students are guided to move with intention and precision, creating a balanced and sustainable experience.
Grounded Motion Yoga is suited for practitioners who enjoy thoughtful, embodied movement and are open to exploring strength and stillness as complementary expressions of the same flow. Some prior movement or yoga experience is recommended.

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)

Inferno Hot Pilates is a full-body, high-intensity workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall fitness, all performed in a heated room (around 35–38°C / 95–100°F) with energizing music and dynamic motivation.

Hot Yoga (26x2) 90 min.
90-Minute Hot Yoga Class – 26 Postures, Twice Through
Step into a heated room and experience a transformative 90-minute sequence designed to energize the body and calm the mind. This practice consists of 26 traditional postures and 2 breathing exercises, each performed twice in a set order. The warmth of the room supports deep stretching, enhances circulation, and promotes detoxification, while the consistent sequence allows you to track progress and build strength, balance, and flexibility over time.
This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners benefit from the clear structure and repetition, while experienced practitioners find new depth and refinement in their practice. Expect to leave feeling invigorated, centered, and fully renewed.
Hot Power Fusion
A high-energy, 60-minute power yoga session combining strength, mobility, and cardio in a heated room.
Dynamic breath-linked asanas build muscle, endurance, and flexibility, while cardio intervals elevate the heart rate. Includes breathing exercises, fiery holds, and relaxation.

Gentle Warm Stretching & Release (75 min.)
Unwind and restore with gentle stretching in a comfortably heated room. The warmth helps your muscles relax, allowing you to move deeper and more safely into each posture. It is a softer format with low intensity for the Sunday evening compared to the medium intense format on Tuesday.
The class is guided by Anastasiia Hansen, who brings professional training in stretching techniques to ensure safe, effective, and mindful practice.
Warm Strechting & Mobility (75 min.)
Unwind and restore with gentle stretching in a comfortably heated room. The warmth helps your muscles relax, allowing you to move deeper and more safely into each posture. This class focuses on improving flexibility, enhancing joint mobility, and releasing built-up tension throughout the body. Suitable for all levels, whether you’re looking to increase your range of motion, complement your training, or simply relax.

Warm Gentle Yoga & Meditation
A warm, gentle practice that blends longer-held Yin inspired postures with soft, mindful movement to gradually increase flexibility and ease seasonal stiffness. The class moves at a calm, steady pace, using gentle, flowing actions to warm the body before settling into deeper, supported stretches.The final 10 minutes of the class are dedicated to meditation, allowing the body to fully rest and integrate the effects of the practice. This quiet closing supports deep relaxation, stillness, and a sense of ease after the physical work is complete. Props are encouraged throughout to create comfort and support.Suitable for all levels and especially supportive during Winter and early Spring, this class offers a balanced combination of movement, stillness, and a peaceful meditative finish.

Gentle classes
Gentle Morning Yoga
The focus is on Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on Pranayama, breathwork. Each movement follows the breath. Classes cultivate a practice of strong and flexible postures, combined with breathwork, and conclude with yin postures at the end of the session.
The teaching style is playful and personal, with the level adapted to the group. Classes are designed to inspire participants to live healthily and enjoy a practice that increases energy and joy.
Yoga in these classes is presented as much more than just exercise or meditation. It is about developing one’s personality, which forms the foundation for perception and action. Participants are warmly welcomed to join the practice.

Yin & Sound Healing
This deeply nourishing class begins with a grounding Yin yoga practice, where long-held, passive poses gently open the body, target the connective tissue, and create space for stillness. The Yin sequence supports deep release and introspection, preparing the body and mind for rest.
The practice then transitions into a meditative Sound Healing journey using elemental chimes inspired by the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each chime resonates with its corresponding element, inviting balance and alignment on both physical and energetic levels. The subtle, harmonious vibrations help calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and foster inner clarity.
Yin & Sound Healing is an ideal space to slow down, reconnect, and restore your natural rhythm. Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply at peace..
Yin & Sound Meditation
This class is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for those seeking a gentle and
meditative practice that supports both physical and emotional well-being. No previous
experience is needed.
During the first part of the class, you will be guided through three to four yin yoga poses that
target the deeper connective tissues of the body rather than the muscles. Each pose is held
for several minutes, allowing time for introspection and deep release.
During the second part of the class, you will lie down comfortably while singing bowls are
gently played around and sometimes near the body. The sound and the vibrations of the
singing bowls are naturally quieting the mind and supporting deep states of rest.

Based on a discussion with your Yoga or Pilates instructor, a personalized class will be designed specifically for you. The session will take place at the ONNI studio.
